Hello Arturo

Just a note to confirm we arrived back safely after an absolutely awesome trip. All hotels. tours, transport etc. were excellent. The scenery was spectacular and the people wonderful.

However we would like to specifically mention the tour guides in Peru, whose service was absolutely outstanding.

They were always spot on time in collecting us, they never left us without making sure were were safely under the wing of the hotel reception and that we knew who was to collect us at what time the following day. They even pre-checked us in to whatever airline we may have been flying and then guided us via the quickest route thru any queues until we were through to the departure lounge!

Also, special thanks to the Argentinian Tour Operator at Iguazu who arranged for a special tour guide to take us to see the Brazilian side of the Falls when it became apparent that we might not make it because of delays caused (I think) by a bus which had broken down. Luis guided us through the crowds in an hour and a half, giving us more than enough time to wonder at the falls, then made sure we arrived at the airport in time for our flight back to BA.

Dear Mariana,

I would like to say to you only, that local guide in El Calafate informed our guide Marie, that she must to pay per excursion, Glaciares 315 pesos (the same amount as the clients), after 240 pesos and finally it was free of charge for our guide.

I am convinced that we are a group of oldies because we are still recovering from the trip even now, can you believe it? Another thing is that we are dead broke, with all our money spent in wonderful Argentina.

Sole, we really had a wonderful time in Argentina and as it is we will come back again, this time, with our husbands or boyfriends. We missing the good food and the shopping and the special treatment we got from you. Your service was impeccable (accommodation, luxury buses and the punctuality. Adding on to all that is your lovely personality, you are really a people's person) please do keep it up!!!!!!!!!! I hope that your bosses will recognise your ability and good qualities.

Oh I nearly forgot, the service at the airport was a cherry on top, everybody was raving about it. The whole experience that we had in your hands, in Argentina will be a good reason to visit again.
