HOW TO BOOK
Book by sending a fax or an email to Covitour. Within 24 hours will receive our answer with the deadline for around 30% payment in concept of deposit. The confirmation will be sent to you immediately with the final balance being due eight weeks prior to departure or pointed date.
Covitour reserves itself the right to charge for accommodation only reservations in Argentina or South America of less than 3 nights, a booking fee of € 20 or usd 28 for normal bookings and € 30 o usd 40 for urgent bookings.

AMENDMENTS
Should wish to alter arrangements after original booking, you should notify us in writing and we will try to accommodate your passengers. However, due to extra administrative cost involved, we may be apply specified Hotel cancellations policy, depending on each particular case.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Land arrangements – Covitour reserves itself the right to charge according to the following conditions – particular cases will be notified.

Less than 21 days prior to departure         70 %
Less than 14 days prior to departure         No refund

Cancellation fees for cruises may vary from those shown.
No refund is available for cancellations after commencement of tour arrangements or on services any services not used.
If you wish to lodge a complaint, this should be done in writing within 30 days of completing touring arrangements.
Air Arrangements
Cancellations fees will apply as required by Airlines Tariff Regulations and will vary dependent upon the type of airfare utilized.
Insurance is strongly recommended.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR COST
Visas, Insurance, Excess baggage over 20 kg (international), extras meals, laundry, drinks, souvenirs, items of personal nature including medication, international and domestic departure taxes.

A suitable holiday insurance policy: Such policy should also provide cover for cancellation of Advance Purchase Airfares

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Passengers will require a valid passport. Some foreign nationals require a re-entry visa for Argentina, which should be obtained prior to departure. Details of vaccination certificate and visa requirements are available from Covitour Congresos SA or the nearest embassy.

TRANSFERS AND TOURS

Private cars, mini-buses or motor coaches are used for sightseeing tours and transfers, depending on number of passengers traveling and the same time.

RESPONSIBILITY AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

Covitour Congresos SA (herewith called the Company) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:

1- A booking is accepted only after the Company receives the deposit and issues the travel agent’s confirmation. The balance must be paid not later than eight weeks before departure; otherwise the Company may treat the booking as cancelled by the Agency.

2- The Company only acts as agent for the owners, contractors, and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for additional expenses howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, force major, Acts of God, etc., over which it has no control. Clients are strongly advised to insure adequately for the full duration of their tour in respect of illness, injury, death, baggage and personal effects.

3- While the Company will use its best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or advisable by the Company. No refund will be made for any unused services that are included in the tour price.

4- The prices quoted in our confidential tariff are based on the cost at July 2008 The Company cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangements up to the date of departure. This includes adjustments for devaluation, fuel surcharges; airfare increases as well as international exchange rate changes.

It’s a condition of acceptance of your deposit in respect of this tour that all monies paid to Covitour Congresos SA as and when it sees fit or in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the tour program and the payment of the deposit for the tour shall be deemed to be a direction by Covitour Congress SA are entitled to keep for its own account any interest earned on such monies.

5- This program is issued on the sole responsibility of the Company and has been compiled with reasonable care. It’s not issued on behalf of, and does not commit any airline whose flights form part of the tour arrangements.

6- Receipt of a deposit will be taken as an understanding by the Company, that the participant has read and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
